Become a Parish Member:
Download a registration
form. Once it is filled out, you can return it to the Parish Office
during business hours, mail it to the address on the form, or drop it in the collection basket during any mass.
Submit a Pulpit or Bulletin announcement:
All bulletin announcements must be submitted in writing (email preferred!) to the Administrative Assistant by 8:30am Monday morning the week of publication. Please follow these guidelines when submitting an article via email. Pulpit announcements may also be submitted in writing by 12:00pm on Thursday. These deadlines are printed in each and every bulletin for your quick reference. All announcements must be submitted camera-ready. Altered deadlines due to holidays will be printed inside the bulletin. Please note that due to publication deadlines, these submission deadlines are firm.
Add a Name to the Prayer List:
Submit this form with the person's name, your name and contact information. Please be sure that you have the permission of the person whose name you are submitting.
Schedule a Meeting Room:
Meeting Rooms are always available for Committee or Ministry meetings. Please call the Administrative Assistant to ask about the various rooms available. Please be aware that all meetings need to be scheduled on the Office Calendar by submitting this form, calling the Administrative Assistant or emailing your meeting dates to her.
Rent a Meeting Room:
**NOTE: EXCEPT FOR OUR OWN PARISH GROUPS AND COMMITTEES, WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY ROOM RENTAL APPLICATIONS DUE TO LIMITED SPACE. PLEASE CHECK AT A LATER DATE IF YOU ARE STILL INTERESTED IN OUR SPACES.**
Download a Rental Application Form. (Link disabled) Groups from outside the Parish must fill out a Rental Application Form to apply for meeting space. Call or stop in to the Parish Office and ask about or see the various spaces available. Rooms of different sizes and amenities are available; there is most likely
one that fits your group's needs. Due to limited space, your preferred choice may not be available, so it is important that you apply early. We will accept applications up to three months in advance.
Inquire About a Sacrament:
To receive almost any
sacrament, at least one of the involved parties needs to be a registered
member of the Parish for at least six months before preparation can even
begin. Please plan ahead, especially for Marriage or Baptism. Once you
are ready to begin preparation for a sacrament, contact for an appointment.
Request a Baptismal Certificate:
Call or email Courtney Falk in the Parish Office. The information you will need to provide is the child's name and date of birth, the date of baptism if known, and the names of both parents, including mother's maiden name. Also provide a phone number in case of questions, and an address if you would like the certificate mailed. Please note that it can take up to a week to prepare the certificate.
Apply for a Job:
Download an employment application. While the Parish Office does not have open positions very often, we are occasionally looking for some extra help. These listings will be posted on the Events Page.
Host a Fundraiser:
Download a Fundraising Proposal Form. If you have a great idea for a fundraiser for the parish, this
is your chance to get it going. Simply download and print out a fundraising form. Fill it out completely, and submit it to the Finance Committee via mail to the
Parish Office or by dropping it in the Finance/Administration mailbox in the sacristy. Thanks for your support!
Add Something to the Website:
If you are a ministry leader and would like to add or change something on your ministry's page, please email a ready-copy to the webmaster or deliver it to the Parish Office during regular business hours. Please allow up to a week for your change to be added.
